500 points or more must be earned before you can use them at the register.

Points can only be redeemed by the person whose name is on the account, ID will be checked. If someone needs to be added to the account to use and earn points the loyalty member will have to call the rewards center to add them to the account.

You can check where you are at in points when you visit one of our locations. An associate should be able to tell you how many points you currently have. Your point balance will show at the bottom of your receipt at each purchase if a rewards number was attached. You can also email us at the reward email ([email protected]), and we will be happy to let you know where you are at and if any of your points are expiring soon.

As of 10/15/2020 we have been experiencing a system error with our rewards system syncing to the stores. Some accounts cannot be found at the register or are experiencing issues with redeeming. We are aware of this problem and are working to find a solution to fix the disconnect in our system. If you did not earn the points you deserved for the transaction, please send a copy of your receipt to the rewards email and we will make sure to add all points needed.
