On behalf of Kathy from Sean Lovato, Store Director for Maryland she is one of our most professional employees and knows what it takes to be a proud member of Lee’s Discount Liquors. Kathy sets the bar and has a unbelievable work ethic when it comes to customer service. What sets her apart from most others is going above and beyond even when we do not carry the particular item our customer is asking about. She takes it upon herself to call between two to three stores to help find the item for our customers or follows up with Management to make sure we order the product for them. Kathy is a pleasure to work with and anyone that frequents our store is generally on a first name basis with her too.
